You may experience some problems with the mouse wheel when trying to change the map floor (high) in Level Editor, I did! My mouse wheel was able to go down but not up. I changed the settings of the mouse to increment only by 1, disabled the mouse wheel acceleration and it worked. This may be an issue with some mouse or with Windows 10.
