Greetings! Is it possible to do this in FOT?

Hello, dears! Hope you are all fine and dandy. I have been wondering whether it is possible to remove one of my team members upon exiting the map. The idea is to create certain NPC followers that can only be used in certain maps/scenarios.

While fiddling with the Entity Editor, I noticed a tag which says "Remove on Exit". I checked it hoping it would do the trick but no dice. I have been trying to find a way for a few days now without success. Your input would be most appreciated.

Hey guys. Is it possible to change the reloading cost for individual weapons? It seems silly reloading a pistol for 2 action points and reloading a machine gun for the same cost.

I am using Fallout Improver but I also want to HEX edit my bos.exe. I have to launch Fallout Improver in order for some of my mods to work. In this case, should I be HEX editing the Fallout Improver.exe or my bos.exe?

Never thought I'd go back to this one, however, turns out it's good to have a relaxing side project to take a little break when the main one becomes a bit tedious so I've been slowly cracking on this for the last several months. There's some QoL, some tweaks to items and early game difficulty, some cosmetics & flavor and I also tried playing around with perks a bit in the attempt to hopefully give utility skills a bit of combat value and maybe expand the choices somewhat.

Hi few days ago i get another game in my "modding workshop" after Ufo Xcom, Gothic 2 etc... :)
I have a big fondness for the Fallout series and now i want play again in FT but i want some changes because i finisched orginal campaigns many times.

Now i create in tool editor new extra characters, add bosses, rebuild some maps but...
My question is:
How to add two missions from demo single version to my campaign full game 1.27 of course
They do not have to be associated with oryginal quest....

For some time now, I'm working on importing tactics' assets in unity3D to support more modding than available with the original engine.
Today I have enough stuff done to show a very basic idea of that it looks like and explain what I want at the end.

What is working:
- Loading all asset formats (maps, tiles, animated sprites, menues) and displaying it in unity.
- Fallout 2 asset formats support (for tiles and characters) but not used anymore (only FoT assets used).
- Moving around in a map...

I've been poking through a couple of areas of the combat engine I haven't decoded yet (e.g. the secondary weapon effects - knockdown, poison, stun, etc.). I've found a couple of oddities (likely bugs), and wanted to get some input on ideas for the best way to fix them.

First - can anyone confirm if they have seen a "critical miss" in vanilla FOT 1.27 (ideally with a save just before that miss could occur)? The reason I ask is that I found the routine that appears to calculate the critical...

Let's say I want to increase the damage of M60.

I edited the damage with the FOT editor, saved the entity file. But when I load up my saved game, the changes were never seem to apply.

Does the game really baked the whole thing before you start a new game? Is there no way to apply the changes in mid-game?

I know this awkward trick of using the unexplored area(bunkers, mission areas, special encounters) to apply *some* of the changes I made. This isn't going to cut it once I ran out of...
